Strategy Consultant

You will sit at the front of engagements where the question is still unsettled — the ones that begin with a board disagreeing about which market to enter, or whether a business line still earns its place. Our work is short, intense and unusually direct: we would rather deliver an uncomfortable answer in six weeks than a comfortable one in six months.

What you will do

  • 1Structure ambiguous business problems into questions that evidence can actually answer
  • 2Run market, competitor and customer analysis, and stand behind the numbers you produce
  • 3Build the financial and operating models that carry a recommendation
  • 4Write and present findings to client leadership, including the parts they will not enjoy
  • 5Stay involved after the recommendation, helping the client sequence what happens next

What we are looking for

  • Three to six years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or a comparable analytical role
  • Genuine fluency with financial modelling — not just the ability to read someone else’s
  • Written English that is clear under pressure; Swedish is helpful but not required
  • Comfort presenting to people more senior than you, and disagreeing with them politely
  • A degree in business, economics, engineering or something that taught you to think rigorously

Nice to have

  • Experience in a specific sector we serve — mobility, industrial technology or financial services
  • Having worked inside an operating company, not only advising one
  • A second Nordic or European language
